update/loosing information
Dear Madam, Dear Sir,
I am using studies since 2 months without any problem.
Three days ago, I made an update of the version as asked by the application. Since then, I did loose all my studies materials inside the application. The application write "no stack selected".
I tried therefore to import them but it is not working.
I tried to download again studiesapp in apple store (I paid again), and I still cannot import my information.
I tried as well to bring back studies app from my Time Machine. It is still not working.
Can you help me please with this issue ?

I think you just need to open the left column. Move your mouse to the left of the window, click and drag it out to the right.

Hi Claire,
I tried to refund your original order, but unfortunately it was a while ago, and had passed the term where I am allowed to refund it with our payment processor.
Your best bet is probably to click the Report an Issue link on the Apple order, and ask for a refund there, stating you inadvertently purchased twice.
