Is selective sync not available in the iOS Studies app?

You have referenced it, but I can't find it. Is it only in the desktop app, and if so, doesn't that still mean that whatever problem I might be trying to avoid in syncing (due to what you say is a large amount of data) will still be unavoidable whenever the iOS app syncs to the cloud?

We didn't add it to iOS yet. The idea was most people will have a large library on their Mac, and just want to sync some of it to iOS. iOS devices are by nature much smaller and less powerful, so not suitable for huge libraries.

So, in your case, it probably isn't going to help, unless you move everything to the Mac and use the Mac to control what is synced.

We may at some point add it on iOS, but probably not in the short term.

what is the largest sized library that you feel the iOS app can handle without any hangups?

It depends on device etc, but I would think up to 5000 notes should work well. Above that should work too, but sync may start to take a while.

    Kind regards,
