Hi there,

I recently bought Studies on my macbook air, which is running OS X El Capitan 10.11.5.

I have also downloaded it on my iPhone, which is as up to date as it can be on iOS 9.3.2.

I have been creating cards on my macbook with the intention of syncing to my iPhone but it does not seem to be syncing and I don't understand why?

I have tried to follow all of your suggestions but to no avail.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Also, I just tried to close the studies app and the screen went black --> then said "syncing with iCloud" with a flickering circle, and this seems to be taking an extraordinary long amount of time, as if it is frozen?

I'm not sure whether to manually quit the application or not?

    Bizarre.

    Hi Tanya,

It is possible you have a lot of data and it is uploading that data, hence taking a long time. That would also explain not seeing the data on your other devices.
I urge you to give it some time. If after 30-60 minutes it is still hanging, something probably went wrong, and you should use Apple menu > Force Quit.

Note that you can choose what stacks you want to sync. If you have a stack with heavy data like video, you could exclude it from the sync (double click to change the setting).

    Kind regards,
    Drew
