Automatic play
I am studying a foreign language and would like to study hands free. Is there an option to have a set of cards play through automatically including repeatedly and randomly?

To answer your question, you can play hands free, yes. On iOS, just tap the screen with two fingers at the same time, and it will auto play.
There is no repeatedly mode, I'm afraid. It will stop at the end, and you would need to start a new slideshow, or navigate back to the start (pinch and scroll).
The Study Settings do allow you to set note order, and you can choose 'Shuffled' for random. If you want really random, uncheck "Group by Stack".
