Does it matter if you have "reversible note" and "question and answer" format notes in same stack?
For instance, create the stack using the "reversible note" format, but have some notes in the stack where you disable the second prompt-- or vice-versa.

That should not matter. It was designed to be able to mix notes as much as you like. The template is only used for new notes.
