Please help! All cards with images are empty now!
Hi,
As your suggestion, I tried ANKI but I didn't like it especially the interface.
Now, I came back and bought Studies from Appstore (Before I download it from your website).
The problem is when I open Studies from Mac, the cards are all there but all the front and back images are gone.
When I check Studies from my iPhone, they are all still o.k. So I think it would be o.k. if mac version of Studies gets data from iPhone through iCloud. Please advise me on what to do for this case. Thanks.

You should also aware that this is not the 1st time that I am seeing this
issue of disappearing images.
I saw the same thing last December!

Yes, it started when I did what you asked for, namely removing unused images.
We have never seen it ourselves, which makes it very difficult to find what is going on. We also don’t hear about it from others. We will keep looking to see if we can make it happen.

Maybe other users do not keep updating their cards.
If you want, I can make a reproducible data for mac and send it to you.
It will be o.k on 1st day but if you wait for a day or two, you will
certainly see all of the images disappearing.
If you think you can find a bug, then it will be great!
But if it is too much for you to spend time on it. I would like you to go
back to the version before implementing the routine to
remove multiple images. I can live with multiple images but I can't do any
work with disappearing images.

We already have your library, and tested it. We didn’t see any problem with removal at that time.
But we have some ideas, and we are investigating.
BTW When the images disappeared on your Mac, did they also disappear on the iPhone? I’m guessing they didn’t, right?

I already mentioned that initially everything is fine and you should wait
for a day or two days to see the disappearing of images.

You are right about that. The images on the iPhone were all o.k.

I am wondering if you could send me the previous version of mac-Studies
with multiple images issue.
If I have that version, then I could do some work with it since images will
not be disappearing.

We submitted a fix just now. It is in review. Probably available tonight from Mac App Store. (Our web site already has the fix)

No, that part of logic temporarily turned off. I was able to reproduce it only once, so we are working on the fix.
