no. Restart is really restart, you will study note from scratch, as if had never been studied before.
Grading note wrong will affect statistics. For example, you can setup a study session with notes that has been graded incorrect recently.

Vlad Borovtsovtag:mentalfaculty.tenderapp.com,2010-10-19:Comment/480272462020-01-23T04:21:22Z2020-01-23T04:21:22ZRestart Study Schedule

Then what is the difference between

Restart Study Schedule
and

Reset Study History and Schedule ?

zeppotag:mentalfaculty.tenderapp.com,2010-10-19:Comment/480272462020-01-23T04:39:16Z2020-01-23T04:39:16ZRestart Study Schedule

Restart is just scheduling note for study ignoring current study history and existing schedule. So, from study perspective, note will be scheduled like you never been studying it yet.

As for study history, each note have different study metrics, reset option resets them. See attached screenshot for the reference.

Vlad Borovtsovtag:mentalfaculty.tenderapp.com,2010-10-19:Comment/480272462020-01-23T16:02:41Z2020-01-23T16:02:41ZRestart Study Schedule

I guess then that a Restart Study Schedule will have the same result going forward as grading a note wrong, except that the latter will have one more "incorrect" grade reflected in its statistics. But going forward the scheduling and response to grades will be the same (given the same grades). That being the case, I may start using this feature more.

zeppotag:mentalfaculty.tenderapp.com,2010-10-19:Comment/480272462020-01-24T07:20:36Z2020-01-24T07:20:36ZRestart Study Schedule

Similar, yes, but not exactly the same. There is a dynamic "difficulty factor". The more you get something wrong, the shorter the intervals get. Resetting starts with a default factor, and answering wrong will decrease the existing factor. So it will not be 100% the same, but similar.
