Superscript / Subscript
I use Mental Case in studying for medical school, and it drives me nuts to have to type in P1V1 = P2V2 instead of using superscripts and subscripts. This especially gets confusing when writing chemical formulas. Is there any way that Mental Case could incorporate this sometime soon? I was reading in some older discussions that this was being talked about in 2008, but it is still not supported, and I feel like it should have been solved by now...

Also, is there any possibility of allowing bold, underlining, italics, or any other forms of formatting to text? Thanks!

These things all fall under the area of formatting. The step from unformatted text to formatted text is not trivial. We are working on this right now, and it will be in version 2.
In the meantime, you could consider using images or screenshots from other apps for formulas. I know many do this. Even with formatting, you still can't do complex formulas. A specialized layout tool is best for that.
Kind regards,
Drew
