better support

I would suggest improving your support. Currently you have to register and log in to ask a question for support in a private discussion. Follow ups are suggested as either a reply to within the same discussion or by email. My first user ID stopped working and I assumed it needed a password reset, though I had my password noted. There is a step to reset it, it tells you to then log in with the new password, and then the new password is not recognized. Repeat the process again, and you will get the same result. Alternate attempts to reply be email, also as suggested alternative in mental case staff discussion respond, will go unanswered.

This being the case, I had to set up a new user id. Months later when I used the new user ID to ask a question the scenario played out exactly the same way. I believe the user IDs are being deleted when the initial discussions are set to "closed" status by the staff, even though it says in the staff reply that you can reopen the discussion with a reply to it.
