Syncing Speed

I read the knowledge base article about why syncing is so slow. It seems like a pretty lame excuse for not fixing a very real limitation of the software. When I purchased the apps I was looking for iCloud syncing. However, I was prepared to deal with the annoyance of wi-fi syncing. I wasn't prepared to wait 20+ minutes for my cards to sync. While yes, my cards do have images and yes I do have quite a lot of them, they're nowhere near as large as the 100GB example given in the knowledge base article. According to my iPhone, it's approximately 170 MBs. Last time I checked, it doesn't take 20 minutes to transfer 170 MBs over wi-fi. Clearly there is some issue with the software that's causing it to be so slow. I realize this is a niche product and thus don't expect every feature to work perfectly from day one. However, I do expect recognition of these shortcomings and some indication that they will be addressed in future releases, not some weak excuse like the one given in the knowledge base.

    Hi There,

Thank you for contacting us! WiFI sync speed can also very greatly depending on the wireless network. Have you tested this on another network to see if the behavior changes? We are always working on improving Mental Case.

Thank you for using Mental Case!

    Hi There,

This is likely the speed this is going to run on your current hardware. We do not have any way to directly speed this up at this time. I apologize for any inconvenience. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Thank you for using Mental Case!

    Sincerely,
