With iCloud syncing, those quantities certainly should update
between devices.
It could take a while for data to come through. Do you see other
data come back to your Mac from the iPhone?
Kind regards,
to the "recently incorrect" folder, but the "due for study" data
seems to sync inconsistently. I reviewed an entire stack containing
41 cards this morning, but the stack now shows 24 of those 41 still
due for study. Two other stacks I reviewed in their entirety show
55/108 still due, and 30/60.

Jason Sullivantag:mentalfaculty.tenderapp.com,2010-10-19:Comment/287192942013-09-12T06:03:05Z2013-09-12T06:03:05ZSync Review Data Between Devices

Hi Jason,
It is worth keeping in mind that a note may become due in quick
succession if it can be viewed in different ways. For example, if
it is 'reversible'.
The cloud sync is very new, and you can expect improvements going
forward too.
Kind regards,
