Feature suggestion: Mini card creation

Hi, I have a suggestion that you will probably think is ridiculous. I often need to take notes and create cards from scientific literature I am required to read. It can be difficult fitting both the article and mental case on the same screen, and scrolling between desktops is complicated by the fact that I often have to switch back and forth several times before I am able to get all the info I need. I thought that if mental case had an option akin to iTunes's mini player, that would be so helpful.

Essentially, I have it pictured as a very minimalistic approach. Only the option to enter data onto 2 sided cards; question on one side, answer on the other. command+N would create a new card as per usual. You could select stacks etc from the main window of the program.

Anyways, the small footprint of such an option would present a viable opportunity for me and I imagine may others like me to take notes with the utmost efficiency. I don't know how difficult it would be to implement, but I figured I have nothing to loose by just bringing it to your attention.

Thanks for such a great program. Cheers!

Chip

    Hi Chip,

Thanks for getting in touch with us! Currently there is no such feature in Mental Case. I’ve submitted this as a feature request for you. Please bear in mind that while we consider all ideas, not every suggestion will ultimately be implemented.

We appreciate your interest. Please let us know if we can help you with anything else.

    Best,
