Is the current version of Mental Case for iOS compatible with iOS 9?

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

Hi,
Thank you for writing in. We don't officially support iOS 9 just yet. I've been running it on my device and Mental Case works, the testing wasn't extensive enough to make promises though.
