Hi,
Thank you for writing in. Can you make sure your iPhone is on the same iCloud system as your other devices, you can't mix and match iCloud and iCloud drive.
Best,

Actually, they are all on the same icloud. They were syncing till last week. This week just ipad and mac synced with each other, but iphone tries to sync and suddenly jumps out of the app. Syncing in iphone goes to 70 or 80 percent then it jump out of the app.

I am having the same problem with my ipad, I push sync, and it thinks for a minute or two, but then the app just crashes. Any more support on this topic from the developers?
thanks

This crash is a known issue. We sent a fix for it to Apple last week, but it is still waiting to be reviewed.
You can either wait for that to arrive, hopefully in a few days,, or you can reset your sync on all of your devices and macs, and then turn on sync again one device at a time. That should also help. But waiting for the update is probably the easiest option.
Kind regards,
Drew

I've had some pretty serious sync issues between iPhone (5c, iOS 9.1) and iPad Air 2 (iOS 9.1). It just doesn't work, neither Dropbox nor iCloud. Did you mean the new update would fix this, too?
FWIW, the data I want is on my iPhone. I can reset everything if needed, but that's the device whose data I'm most concerned to preserve.

An update: at last my fresh install of MC on iPad Air 2 downloaded iCloud data... from yesterday. Does this just mean maybe my iPhone hasn't finished uploading all the iCloud data? It's been at least an hour and a half since some recent changes I made to the iPhone, which are not reflected in the iPad Air 2.

Data can certainly take a while to upload. iCloud does this in the background. It is not something we can control.
Usually just waiting will resolve the problem. The more data you have, the longer that first sync can take.
Kind regards,
Drew
