memmorizing most of my lessons much easier in med school.
Second I had a question in short term cramming method:
if I start studying a card and I answer it correctly for 5
consecutive times will the card be excluded for ever from the
schedule in short term cramming method?

Alitag:mentalfaculty.tenderapp.com,2010-10-19:Comment/348514072014-10-06T15:14:20Z2014-10-06T15:14:20ZShort term cramming

Yes, it should be. Once it reaches the last 'box' it should be
finished.
You can always start a different schedule later (eg long term).

take to exclude a card (assuming answering correctly for 5
consecutive times?)

Actually previously I tried to use leitner by creating a box
with handy flash cards by my own and by that method a card would
take at least one month to be excluded from the boxes. By that
method all my cards stick in my brain at least for long time like
one year! I just wanted to know whether the leitner system mental
case uses is the same as I experienced by making my own flash cards
before or not?!(the problem with long term schedule in my setting
is that , I create almost 2000 flash cards per month and this makes
studying long term schedule very hard to me that is why I want to
switch to simple leitner system)
Thanks a lot!

Alitag:mentalfaculty.tenderapp.com,2010-10-19:Comment/348514072014-10-06T15:33:30Z2014-10-06T15:33:30ZShort term cramming

Hi Ali,
The Leitner system used in Mental Case is not time based. It is
purely based on boxes. You can refresh the due status as often as
you like in one day. That's why it is useful for cramming.
So there is no 1 month limit or anything like that. Once the notes
are in the last box, they are finished.
The long term system is better, in principle, because it is based
on scientific time periods. If you find you have too many notes,
you can try just turning on the schedule one stack at a time. When
the number of slides per day drops to a manageable level, turn on
the long term schedule on some other stacks, etc. In this way, you
can build up, and still get the benefit of the long term (spaced
repetition) algorithm.
Kind regards,
day? Would it be rescheduled if I miss it to study in a specific
date which the app tells me to do?

Alitag:mentalfaculty.tenderapp.com,2010-10-19:Comment/348514072014-10-06T15:48:41Z2014-10-06T15:48:41ZShort term cramming

When a note becomes due, it stays due until you study it.
It won't get rescheduled, but will remain due.
Note that you can control how many notes can be due for each stack.
You can also use this to keep the number of due notes under
control.
