I cannot download my own notes.
I have the paid version of flashcardexchange. I also downloaded the paid version of mental case into my iphone 3gs. My flashcards were made public at flashcardexchange. Under exchange, account setting, I have checked that my email address is correct. But when I click on my notes or favorites, it said that "no public cases found". when I search using my tags, it said,"no public cases found" again. Now where did I go wrong?

That is strange. It sounds like you did the right things.
I suggest you double check the public setting. It is a bit confusing because you have to uncheck the private checkbox.
Also, make sure you used the right email.
If that doesn't work, it might be worth trying to contact [email blocked] to see if they see a problem.

It is working now. I think I have to wait for half an hour after I have change the setting from private to public.
