loose notes sync problem - mac to iphone
Mental Case is very sluggish when opening on Iphone because the lesson size is more than 1600 all text cards. I have selected only a small amount of cards to sync - but have 1359 loose notes on the iphone (only 1 showing on mac) and I cannot find any way to eliminate them.
How to remove these unnecessary cards?

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

The lesson notes always get synced. The best way to avoid that is to turn off the lesson for cases you are not using it for. Double click the case on the Mac, and set the schedule to None.
You can even set the lesson out completely by in the app preferences.
