Mac App Store
I want to repurchase through the Mac App store, but there is surprisingly little information (that I have found) on the exact procedure for doing so. I have a lot of data that I don't want to lose! The question(s) I have are: 1) Should I uninstall my existing copy of Mental Case or just leave it there? 2) Will the new version see my license and move on smartly? 3) I saw something in the feeds about a plist file, is this something I need to consider and what exactly does this affect.
It might be beneficial for you to put a quick 1-2-3 guide on doing this just to ease the concerns of those wishing migrate to the mac app store and take advantage of the 2.0 upgrade... unless of course it is exceedingly simple, and I am just making it more complex than it needs to be.
Thanks,
Bo

Hi Bo,
We'll add an FAQ. It is quite simple. You are best to remove the existing app. Your data is kept elsewhere, so it will not be lost. Then just purchase. Your data will just appear as normal. The only thing you will lose is your preferences, but you can just go in and set those again if you changed them.
Hope that helps.
Kind regards,
Drew
