Hi

Everytime I open the mental case application; I have this message "would you like to import files from iTunes? study archives files have been transferred to the document folder from iTunes" even though I say not now or download I get an error message, and everytime I launch the application I get the message again and again, how to fix this?

my second question is Can I transfer flashcards from mental case (red case) to the mental case for classroom (black case)? since it's really taking a while for the red version to launch

Did you try to import a study archive from iTunes? That message should only appear when you do that.

In any case, there is probably a file there and MC is trying to import it. Either import it, or connect to iTunes, go to Apps on the device, and delete the file from MC in the file sharing section.

To transfer data between apps, you could send a case via email. In the paid app, tap the case icon to send it.

Another way would be to export the case, and in iTunes move it between the apps.

    Kind regards,
    Drew

Connect you iPhone to your Mac or PC with a USB cable.
In iTunes, select the device, and then the Apps tab.
At the bottom, go to the File Sharing section.
    Select Mental Case there.
You should see a list of files. Look for ones with the extension .studyarch
Select each one, and delete it with backspace.
    Hope that helps.
    Kind regards,
    Drew

I'm not sure why this would be happening. If you have all of your data on a Mac, you could delete the iPhone app, and reinstall from the App Store (free).
    Kind regards,

I'm not using a Mac and I'm not sure if I 'll still have a back up for my data if I delete the application :(

Ah, OK, then that is not an option.
All I can recommend is deleting any of those studyarch files in iTunes, and then restarting your iPhone.
If that doesn't work, what happens if you say 'YES' when it asks about importing?

    they give me the option
1-Import: when I say yes, I get an error message'" import error could not unzip or import the archive"
2- not now: when I choose this option ; they'll keep asking me again and again

what about the file named "" inbox"",? I

Hmm, I'm not even sure what that is.
Can you delete it? It is probably something the system put there, and may be the reason for the issue.

I was afraid you may not be able to delete it, because it is a folder.
I don't really know what else I can tell you. For now you may have to put up with the message.
I think Apple may be going to make it possible to edit folders in iTunes soon.
