I am unable to import the picture Anatomy flashcards from flashcardexchange, which are portrayed here:

CSV does not export the images.
Yes, I do have the paid flashcard account.

The images in the screenshot were downloaded from the Exchange tab on the iPad device. Go into categories, and then Anatomy, and they are listed somewhere in the top 20 or so. You can also do this with the iPod touch or iPhone versions.
The Mac version does not yet support direct download from FCE, and I don't think FCE have options to export images other than PDF/Word files. The best way to get cards on your mac at this point is to download them to an iPhone/iPod, and sync them back.
