Study mode not working, not able to set preferences

I downloaded Mental Case 2.0 through the app store. When I went to set my preferences, I was given the following options (see mc preferences). Also, when I attempted to enter the study mode using "Notes in Selected Stacks", I would get a grey screen without any flash card (see screen). Occasionally if I clicked on the grey screen or clicked on the eye icon I would get the image from the card with an option to open in preview. I have deleted the program and reloaded with no change in it's function. Any suggestions on how to get the program to operate properly would be greatly appreciated.

There seems to be a bug when you try to start a slideshow in full screen mode. The slides don't appear.
    Could that be the problem?
We will be fixing this ASAP.
    Kind regards,
    Drew

    Hi Rob,
This is a known bug. A fix has been submitted.
To get it working, just resize your window slightly. The slides should then appear.
    Sorry for the inconvenience.
    Kind regards,
    Drew

There is a now a update available in the Mac App Store (2.0.1). Please try that.
