Mental Case not responding

All of a sudden out of nowhere, Mental Case is not responding when I start it up. At first, the application would load and then would not respond. Now, its not even loading. The dock icon bounces up and down much longer than normal and then stops. When I goto the force quit menu it says mental case not responding.

Please help! I have finals coming up and NEED this wonderful program!
