    Hi Evan,
The latest version requires iOS 4.0. You can update to it for free with iTunes.
If your iPod touch is older and can't upgrade, there is not much we can do, I'm afraid. If you have a Mac, I can offer you a free Mac license, but we don't have any way to give refunds on the iPod.
    Kind regards,
    Drew

I guess I do have an older version. The Mac license would be much
appreciated. It will help greatly with my MCAT studying.

Just enter this coupon when purchasing the Mac license, and it will be free.
