I have have aiming trouble! I tried over the same wifi, creating a computer to computer connection, wifi w/out router, turning off all lesson schedules, stncing only one lesso, all of which have not worked. Some files have audio, but that should not creAte a problem as it is a feature of the program.

I reloaded the program and sent a copy of the script from application the mental case staff.

This problem is severely flawed and costs valuable time in technical issues rather than memorization!

   Hi Elizabeth,

   We did look at the logs you sent, but unfortunately they did not help us track down the issue.

   Given that you have had more trouble with this than anyone else I am aware of, maybe it is better if I just refund the Mac version. Perhaps you can try our version 2 product, which is largely rewritten, and should be out in several months.

   Hi Elizabeth,
   If it is just simple text, you probably can export as csv data, and import into FCE. You would need a paid FCE account I think.
   You will be able to import your data into MC 2 when it comes out.

   I downloaded dropbox on my I phone and Mac. I exported a case lesson in cvs
   format and uploaded it to dropbox. I have the file on my phone now but it did
   not link up with mental case. I can only view it as a document in dropbox.

   Can you help? I really want this program to work.

   Great news! I successfully imported a case into itunes. It has a study
   schedule as well. I am so pleased! when I export the case back will the study
   schedule also accompany the file?

   I'm afraid the study schedule won't go across. That only works with syncing, not exporting.
