It's possible that the left pane is simply closed. See if you can
drag the splitter out by hovering your mouse on the left.<br>
If that is not it, it could be a problem of preferences.</p>
<p>Try this:</p>
<p>1) Quit MC<br>
2) Move the file
~/Library/Preferences/com.maccoremac.mentalcase.plist to your
Desktop<br>
3) Launch MC and test</p>
<p>Let me know if that helps.</p>
<p>Kind regards,<br>

Can you perhaps send a screenshot? I'm not sure what you mean by
this.<br>
Is it the Mac or the iPhone?<br>
Kind regards,<br>
Drew</p></div>drewmccormacktag:mentalfaculty.tenderapp.com,2010-10-19:Comment/46851362011-01-12T09:00:00Z2011-01-12T09:00:00ZAll my old collections are greyed out<div><p>Yeah, here's a screenshot.</p>
<p>As you can see, all the cases are greyed out, and cannot be
selected, much less displayed.</p>
<p>Regards,</p>
<p>Bryan</p></div>Bryan Lockwoodtag:mentalfaculty.tenderapp.com,2010-10-19:Comment/46851362011-01-12T09:15:39Z2011-01-12T09:15:39ZAll my old collections are greyed out<div><p>Hi Bryan,<br>
That menu is for moving notes. Did you select any notes? You need
to select some notes, and then choose that, to move the notes to a
new case.<br>
Kind regards,<br>
Drew</p></div>drewmccormacktag:mentalfaculty.tenderapp.com,2010-10-19:Comment/46851362011-01-12T10:24:51Z2011-01-12T10:24:51ZAll my old collections are greyed out<div><p>Things just keep getting stranger and stranger.</p>
<p>So I tried to read the preference plist file using both XML
Editor and Plist Edit Pro. As you had suggested, I had moved the
plist<br>
file to my desktop. So now I renamed the plist file on my desktop
to "JUNK"(without .plist extension), deleted the plist file in the
Preferences folder, and<br>
restarted Mental Case.</p>
<p>Now it shows me this:</p>
<p>I re-entered the serial number, and now all is well again.</p>
<p>All of this was a result of having updated, so I think that
perhaps there was a problem with the update script which
stomped<br>
on the preferences file.</p>
<p>Thanks for your help,</p>

other. You are the only one who has reported it, so it must have
been a one off.</p>
<p>Good that it is working again.</p>
