I have a stack of questions and answers - let's say they have
states on one side and capitals on the other. I'd like to be able
to work through the stack in BOTH directions - with the state as
the prompt and with the capital as the prompt.

As best I can tell, there isn't a way in Studies to do this?
Studying with facets reversed doesn't seem to do it, since I'm
guessing facets are different from questions in your setup...

Thanks!

JQtag:mentalfaculty.tenderapp.com,2010-10-19:Comment/401805782016-06-24T07:12:00Z2016-06-24T07:12:00ZSwitch Question & Answers

Hi,

Yes, Q&A cards are designed to be studied with the Q always
first.

If you want to study certain stacks in reverse, I recommend
using the 'Reversible Note' template to make your notes.

To change the template of a stack you already made, edit the
stack (double click on Mac; tap Edit and stack on iOS), and select
the Reversible Note template. You should be asked if you want to
apply it to the editing notes. Apply it, and your notes should work
in reverse as well.

You might wonder why we do this. It is for the study scheduling.
Each order of facets is scheduled separately to be due. For some
stacks, you want both orders to appear, and for others you don't.
So Q&A are always one order, and Reversible Notes can be
both.

Kind regards,
