grading/scheduling bug

In a study session the design seems to be intended that if you are swiping through cards and accidentally grade one the wrong way, you can go back and change it. There is a problem however.

That is the intent I assume, but here is what actually happens:

If you exit a study session before it is complete, if the current card is not yet graded when exiting, the app will give it a grade of correct and schedule as if correct.

Once any card has been graded as correct, the app will schedule it as correct, and this scheduling cannot be changed once you either exit the study session or advance to the next card. In other words, if you don't advance to the next card but exit the study session, if you open the study session back up to that same card and change the grade to incorrect, the info panel will reflect the card has been graded incorrect in the Run of Incorrect field, but the scheduling it assigned when the card was originally graded correct remains. It does not change the scheduling to reflect the grade of incorrect.

If you initially grade a card as incorrect the app will note and schedule accordingly, and if you exit the study session or advance the card and later wish to go back and change the grade to correct, the app will allow the change and change the scheduling as if graded correct. However the reverse will not work. Once you have graded a card correct and have advance to the next card or exited the study session, you can go back and change the grade, and the card will be noted as incorrect. However, the scheduling will not change and it will continue to be scheduled as if graded correct.

This is why I am finding loads of cards in the Recently Incorrect grouping that have due dates well into the future.

I tested notes to figure this out using the phone app, but a quick run through with some cards on the mac app shows it happens the same way on it.
