Hi Trisran,
We don't have any simple way of uploading to Flashcard Exchange at this point. If you are a paid member of FCE, you can probably import CSV text. You can select a stack in Mental Case, choose File > Export, and choose CSV text. You can then upload the file to FCE, but only text will transfer, not images etc.
