Mac-to-iOS Features

I have both the Mac and iOS app and think they are fantastic. I usually use the Mac app to create and edit cards, and the iOS app for reviewing the cards. However, I noticed that the changes in font/formatting are not reflected when I sync my cards from Mac to iOS. I understand from reading other posts on this site that there are difficulties with transferring the font itself, but there are other formatting inconsistencies that I wonder if there might be an easier fix to. For example, bold/underline/italic text in my Mac cards shows up in plain text on my iOS cards. Also, bullet and number lists do not appear the same (so I do not use them). It would be great if these features could be included in an update.

Also, I noticed with the recent update that the App Store listed multi-facet iOS cards as one of the updates. For some reason, it is still not working on my devices, however.

    Hi,
again, congrats for this application, it's amazing.
I'm in the same situation as Jason. I updated my iPhone version of Flashcards, but still can't see multi-facet cards. Anything I should do?
Please help as multi-facet cards would be sooooo great.
    Thanks,
    Bastien

    Hi Bastien,

We have added some limited support for multi facets. Basically, if you have created multi-facet notes on the Mac, they will sync, and they will appear in slideshows, but you won't be able to edit the extra facets. Full parity is coming in a major upgrade later this year.

The catch is that although the iOS update is out, the Mac update is still in Apple's hands. Should be out in a week or so, all going well. From that point, you should be able to sync multi facets.

    Kind regards,
    Drew
