Allow New Mental Note action while text is in the search input field
In the Mac app, if a search has been done over the cards, the New Mental Note action is disabled. The menu option nor command-n key action has any effect.
This introduces an unnecessary annoyance for me: Currently in my workflow, I'm searching to see if I have cards on a list of topics and if I don't, I add one. After I search (via command-f) and scroll through the list, I cannot simply hit command-n to create a new card. I must first hit command-f again, delete out the search text, and then hit command-n.
This problem is additionally annoying if I've double-clicked on a card to edit it; to see its contents fully. If I then decide to add a new card, command-n is disabled, although there's no feedback given to the user that this is the case. I must first exit from the edit view, then do the procedure above.
Please do not disable the New Mental Note action during a search. Thank you.
