Bigger Font. Especially on iPhone!
ok I REALLY need to get the font bigger on the slideshow. I have been able to find out how to make the font bigger for editing the cards on the Mac but as soon as I hit slideshow it goes back to regular small size. Thats extremely annoying on the iphone. I'm not trying to paragraph length material as my cards are usually one or two words in length each (Arabic words) and I just don't even use it because of the tiny font size......need help!!!!!

Same here. I've never been able to use Mental Case because the font size is too small to read Chinese characters.

Are you using Mental Case, or Mental Case 2 on iOS?
If Mental Case, just tap the Settings button to set font sizes.
If Mental Case 2, I recommend going into the help pages in the iOS app and reading up on editing notes, and templates.
You can change the font size of each facet in a note by editing the note, and tapping the facet settings button at the bottom-right of the facet.
Having setup fonts the way you like them for your note, tap New Template. Name and save the template.
Now in the library, tap edit and then tap a stack. Choose the new template.
Finally, select the stack to reveal the notes, and tap the action button bottom-right. Choose Apply Stack Template.
You can also do all of this on the mac and sync over iCloud.
Kind regards,
Drew

The font size is completely adaptable.
In Mental Case, just choose the Settings to set it.
In Mental Case 2, edit a note, and tap the facet settings button at the bottom of each facet. You can select font and font size there in a single list.
Once you setup each facet how you like it, make a new template to save the settings and apply them to other notes.
More info can be found in the built in help pages.
Kind regards,
Drew

Hi Simon,
Please note that the original Mental Case app is still available and you can continue to use it if you want to. It still works with our Mental Case 2 app on the Mac.
The new font settings are much more powerful than before. You can now change fonts for each facet, so if you are studying Chinese, eg, you could have a larger font for the Chinese text.
The old app is much more limited. You have to have exactly the same font for ALL notes. Fine if you only use MC for one thing, but not good if you, eg, study language words in one stack, and food recipes in another.
The new system takes a little getting used to, but once you get the hang of it it is very powerful.
Begin by editing one note just how you like it. Tap the settings button (bottom-right) on each facet of the note, and set a font and font size for the facet. When you have all the facets just right, tap the New Template button, and save the settings as a template.
Now you just have to edit each stack, set the new template, and choose to apply the template when prompted. It should not take too long, and is much more flexible.
Hope that explains things.
Kind regards,
Drew

Your kind response make me feel terribly sorry for the tone of my precedent message. Rereading it, it sounds very trolly.
Your work is very good and the new mental case looks very good. I think I will indeed stick to the old version, not because it is better but because it's more presentation friendly. I also admit that using mental case as an "easy to use" powerpoint factory for my classes is not what this application is made for ! Thank you for the template trick, it would do the thing but I also prefer the presentation in full page of the old mental case app as it is the flashcard only and nothing else. Once more, my use of your app is not usual. As I bought the new one also I will look upon upgrades and go back to it when I'll feel it is closer to what I need. And stop beaching about it ^-^
Great work, great app, It really changed the way I work with my classes, sorry one more time for my precedent message and thank you for your answer !
