The 'Flashcards' app has a great feature where you can group cards DURING review based on how confidently you answered them (I think there are three swipe directions for 1) confident, 2) so-so, 3) don't know).

I do something simliar when I review with paper flash cards -- I make three piles: one for easy cards, one that I'm somewhat confident with, and ones that I'm not confident with at all. I spend most of my time working on the latter two piles, as this is more efficient than covering material I already know. As I do this, more and more cards move over to the 'easy' pile.

The disadvantage I'm finding the current version of Mental Case is that I'm forced to review easy material when I really need to focus on cards that I'm struggling with. (I'm a medical student, so time is a very, very precious commodity -- I don't have time to revisit familiar topics) It would be great if the program had the ability group cards in this fashion.

Thanks,
Karl

    Hi Karl,
We have something similar. You mark the note correct if you knew it easily, and wrong if you didn't know it well or at all. In full screen study mode, you can tap the bottom left and right corners.
Notes that are wrong get scheduled to appear more often if you use the lesson, and are also repeated more regularly in the current slideshow.
    Kind regards,
    Drew

Yes. I'm thinking something a little more user-driven would be helpful. Are there any plans to allows users to 'mark' or 'star' specific cards as they are reviewing. This would probably suffice. I appreciate the hard-coded lessons, but, I would love having the option to single out cards on my own.

    Thanks!

    Hi Karl,
Yes, we are adding the option to flag cards in our next major upgrade.
    Kind regards,
