We have something similar. You mark the note correct if you knew it easily, and wrong if you didn't know it well or at all. In full screen study mode, you can tap the bottom left and right corners.<br />
Notes that are wrong get scheduled to appear more often if you use the lesson, and are also repeated more regularly in the current slideshow.<br />

I'm thinking something a little more user-driven would be helpful. Are there any plans to allows users to 'mark' or 'star' specific cards as they are reviewing. This would probably suffice. I appreciate the hard-coded lessons, but, I would love having the option to single out cards on my own.</p>
