Transferring to iPad issues

I just purchased and downloaded this flash card application and I am afraid that I wasted my money. I have a PC, I use dropbox, and I was expecting to be able to be able to transfer my excel spreadsheets of Arabic vocabulary words to this app easily using dropbox or google docs. It looks like I can't do that. First of all, after going through the directions, I have been unable to downloaded my Arabic word spreadsheets from dropbox. Secondly, I seem to be unable to transfer my spreadsheets over to my iPad using iTunes. In order to transfer files, it looks like i need make an archive (?) by save spreadsheets in a .csv file format (which isn't compatible with the Arabic script). Maybe I am doing something wrong.

I have been studying Arabic for years, and I had been hoping to digitize my flashcards and transfer thousands of words onto my iPad. It simply doesn't make sense for me to need to rewrite each one of them on the iPad keyboard. It would be nice to have better and easier ways of transferring my cards from a PC spreadsheet to an iPad.

    Hi Robin,
We will be adding other import options in future.
You can transfer your existing notes either through iTunes, or by downloading them from a site like dropbox. To do this, you need to make a study archive, which can include CSV files, but also images and audio. (That is why we use this format rather than straight CSV.)
It is quite easy to make one of these archives. You just export the text as two columns of CSV, then make a few directories and zip it all up.
Full directions can be found here: http://www.mentalcaseapp.com/studyarch
Please let me know if I can be of any more help.
    Kind regards,
    Drew
