insert note
I sort my notes by when they were created. Sometimes I want to add a note at a particular point in a case, but new notes are placed at the end. So I end up having to squeeze the new information I want to add onto pre-existing notes just so the chronology of the notes isn't disturbed. Would be nice if there were a feature that lets you insert a new note whereever you want.

We are adding reordering of notes in the next major release. If you really must have ordered notes, you can put numbers on them (eg 0010, 0020 etc), but this is not ideal, of course.
