Mental Case backups
After most of a med degree, I have a 1.7GB mental case library file. With daily backups being cycled through, this takes up a lot of drive space until the recycle bin is emptied and takes ages to secure delete these files. If the backups were named differently, this need not be such a problem. For example, with backups entitled Mental Case Today.mentalcaselib, Mental Case Yesterday.mentalcaselib etc, you would be overwriting old backups rather than always deleting the oldest backup. Is there any consideration of making this small change to the way backups are handled? Thanks

Hi Ian,
We are in the final stages of introducing a major upgrade (2.0). This version is much more efficient in storing data, and should reduce your library size a lot.
I recommend just waiting for that. It is probably a couple of months away.
Kind regards,
Drew

No problems. It was just one little suggestion that had been running around in my head fir a while that I thought I'd pass on.
I've used mental case for about 4y now and I couldn't have learned all the stuff I needed to without it so thanks to you and your team. I would be happy to beta test for you if that is possible.
