If something goes wrong during the migration, or for some reason you just want to completely replace your Studies data with the data from Mental Case, here is how you can trigger a new migration.
- Click on Finder
- Choose Go > Go to Folder
- Enter this
~/Library/Containers - Locate the folder called
com.mentalfaculty.studies.mac - Drag that folder somewhere else (e.g. Desktop or Trash)
- Restart your Mac
- Launch Studies. You will see the first launch wizard, and can migrate the data.
Your old data in Studies will no longer be in the app, so export that first if there is some that you need to keep.
