Studies crashes immediately on launch (macOS)
If Studies is crashing before you even see the main window, there is a good chance it has to do with macOS security. It is rejecting the app, and not allowing it to launch.
Here are some things to try:
- Go to the Mac App Store on your computer, and sign out
- Restart your computer
- Sign in to the Mac App Store and then launch Studies
If that doesn't help
- Quit Studies
- Drag Studies from the Application folder to the Trash
- Empty Trash
- Download and install again from the Mac App Store or our web site, depending on where you purchased the app.
