Studies crashes immediately on launch (macOS)

If Studies is crashing before you even see the main window, there is a good chance it has to do with macOS security. It is rejecting the app, and not allowing it to launch.

Here are some things to try:

  1. Go to the Mac App Store on your computer, and sign out
  2. Restart your computer
  3. Sign in to the Mac App Store and then launch Studies

If that doesn't help

  1. Quit Studies
  2. Drag Studies from the Application folder to the Trash
  3. Empty Trash
  4. Download and install again from the Mac App Store or our web site, depending on where you purchased the app.
