Mental Case makes internal backups when you turn on sync, just in case something should go wrong. These backups can start to take up quite a bit of disk space.
You can throw backups away as follows:
- Click on Finder
- Choose Go > Go to Folder
- Enter
~/Library/Containers/com.mentalfaculty.mentalcase.mac/Data/Documents - Go into the folder
Mental Case Backups - Drag folders with old dates to the Trash. Keep only the most recent one or two.
